1. Right click (place the mouse pointer above the words "click here" or "Download Now" and press on the right mouse button) and then click on "Save Target As". and save it to the desktop.

2. Once the file is on your desktop, "unzip" it by right clicking and choosing "Open With" and then "Compressed (zipped) Folders". A window will open with your file.

3. Open that file by right clicking and then "Open".

4. In your "My Pictures" folder (which should be in the "Start" menu), create a new folder called "Screensaver".

5. Go back to the folder with your quotes, open it an transfer all the quote files to the new "screensaver" file.

6. Finally, you have to point your screensaver to the new file you just created and filled. to do that, right click anywhere on your desktop and choose "Properties".

7. Then click on the "Screenaver" and choose "My Picture Show".

8. Click on "Browse" and find the "Screenaver" file, probably under "My Documents".

9. If you have pictures you would like to add to your screenaver, add them to the file and they will appear along with the quotes.
